These terms cover 808dystopia.win, the 808 Dystopia social accounts, and apps we connect to those accounts (including posting tools).
1. Who we are
808 Dystopia is an independent hip-hop news and history media project. The public site and official social directory are operated from this domain.
2. What this site is
This website is a public directory and legal home for the brand. It links to official channels. It is not a storefront and it does not sell user accounts.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, attack, or overload the site.
- Do not impersonate 808 Dystopia or claim official status without permission.
- Do not use our name, logo, or content to run ads, giveaways, or pages we did not authorize.
4. Content
News and history posts are editorial. We credit sources when we report or recap another outlet. Artwork, clips, and marks belonging to artists, labels, or platforms remain theirs. Fair-use commentary and reporting do not transfer ownership.
5. Third-party platforms
We use Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, X, TikTok, Discord, and similar services to publish. Those platforms have their own terms. Connecting an 808 Dystopia account to a posting app (for example Composio) is only for operating official brand channels. We do not request access to your personal social accounts through this site.
6. Developer / API use
If we connect TikTok Login Kit, TikTok Content Posting API, X API, or similar tools, we use them only to authenticate official 808 Dystopia accounts and to publish or manage content we created. We do not sell that access.
7. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. Links can break. Coverage can be delayed or corrected. We are not liable for third-party platform outages or account actions those platforms take.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
